Чому варто жити в Ірпені!

"Frankly, I did not expect such a big impression. It was in the central square, I was impressed by the sculpture of Taras Shevchenko and the decoration of the square in general. In a European way. Everything is done with great taste. I liked the city, squares, streets. One opinion is that I would like to live here, "said the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk, visiting Irpin for the first time.

Tens of thousands of people of different professions who already live or dream of living in this city agree with his opinion. Numerous migrants chose Irpin as their new home after the start of the war in eastern Ukraine. It is Irpin that attracts Kyivites the most, who are tired of living in the metropolis.

Why so? Because it is beautiful, cozy and safe here.

EUROPEAN FACE

Irpen is located only 7 kilometers from Kiev. The Novoirpin highway, built in 2012, is a few minutes' drive to the capital. You can get there by car in other ways: "Warsaw" or Zhytomyr highway through Stoyanka and Dmytrivka. There are five bus routes and electric trains between the cities. Irpin residents who work or study in Kyiv use these transport opportunities every day. But they prefer to live in Irpen. Because he has his own face, his own style and unique atmosphere.

For the past six years, since the New Faces team took over the helm of the city, Irpin has changed in the eyes, and is now often compared to the elegant towns of Europe. The architectural ensemble in the center is Taras Shevchenko Pedestrian Street and the central square with one of the world's most original monuments to the Kobzar, with columns, statues, lanterns and fountains, ornamental greenery and flower beds, as well as the Creative Spirit Square with majestic sculpture. according to experts, reminiscent of the cozy corners of Vienna.

"Irpin now looks like a picture, like a European city… I can say that because I travel a lot. I recently returned from Sicily - some cities there look much worse, although it's Europe, "- said the popular Ukrainian rock musician Valery Kharchyshyn.

And the famous writer and journalist Irene Rozdobudko was simply delighted with modern Irpen: "I am so happy to see it all! My husband and I went and understood that this is a European city, we were terribly happy with this fountain, these sculptures, made with such imagination. Well done! I also want to say about the roads: we drove on such super Americanized roads. I think everything is moving in the right direction. I am delighted with Irpen! ”

The streets of Irpin have undergone (and continue to undergo) a radical renovation. More and more roads in the city are getting quality coverage, new sidewalks and parking areas are appearing on both sides, and modern LED lighting is being installed. In total, during the six-year period of Irpen's development, more than 60 streets were overhauled, about 35 kilometers of sidewalks were built, 45 public transport stops were installed, and more than a thousand street lights were replaced. Before the reconstruction of the streets, new underground communications are being replaced or laid - water supply and drainage pipes and heating mains, storm sewers are being installed.

CITY OF PARKS

Picturesque theme parks have become a business card of Irpen. In recent years, as many as six have appeared (created or radically reconstructed), plus a few larger and smaller parks. Each has neat lawns, decorative trees, many flowers, walking and cycling paths and benches, playgrounds and sports grounds. Most parks have rental points for bicycles, bicycles, electric cars, scooters, rollers, gyroscooters, skates, etc. On the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence, another green zone was opened in the city - Mother's Square. On the approach - the square "School", located next to the school №1, where on September 1 opened the newly built building for 1,100 students.

Today, Irpin parks are not only the favorite places of recreation of citizens, but venues for numerous festivals, filming, concerts and citywide celebrations.

For example, during the summer and the first part of autumn in Neznayka Park (and this year - in Pokrovsky Park) weekly musical evenings are held, which are attended by professional artists, including soloists and ensembles of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine.

The pearl of today's Irpen is the embankment of the river of the same name. This is a large-scale recreation and sports area, which stretches for three kilometers - from the park Writers to the neighborhood Romanivka.

Pedestrian and bicycle paths have been laid along the entire promenade, and more than 200 benches and original art objects have been installed. On the waterfront there are places for fishing, picnic complexes (barbecue areas, tables and benches), hammocks, deck chairs, playgrounds, rental of bicycle and roller equipment and boats.

CITY OF SPORTS

"The more I see new cities and countries, the more happy I am to return home. Why? In Irpen it is beautiful, clean, cozy, safe. Even every day after studying in Kyiv, you see this difference with the naked eye. Over the last 10 years, not only me but also my city has changed. I became a member of the national team of Ukraine. Irpin has become one of the most attractive places to live. " Such lines were written on his Facebook page by Tymofiy Teremetskyi, a native of Irpin - a master of sports of Ukraine in orienteering, multiple champion and winner of Ukrainian championships.

There is no doubt that his words about the support of athletes in Irpen would be signed by the outstanding wrestler Irina Kolyadenko, who is constantly helped by the city authorities in preparing for the competition, and who after winning a bronze medal at this year's Olympics received from the Brave Society and Investment Group. Molodist "apartment in a new building in Irpin.

Both hands would vote for the post of Tymofiy Teremetsky and wrestler Valery Andriytsev - a silver medalist of the Olympic Games, and Olga Lyashchuk, who has the title of the strongest woman on the planet, and many other Irpin athletes. Because no city in Ukraine pays as much attention to sports as in Irpen.

Last year, a whole sports town opened on the Irpin embankment: playgrounds for football, basketball, volleyball, a boxing ring, a variety of sports shells and simulators and the only football arena in Ukraine. This year the sports complex has expanded due to the appearance of a large skate park built according to European parameters.

Significant emphasis in Irpen is placed on the development of mass cycling. This is facilitated by the extensive cycling infrastructure in recreational areas - in particular, the already planned bike paths in parks, squares and on the waterfront and a network of two-wheeled horses. From the embankment it is convenient to get to Kyiv by bicycle: from Romanivka to the outskirts of the capital along the "Novoirpinskaya" route there is a pedestrian and bicycle path.

Recently, Irpin has become the epicenter of large-scale cycling events: all-Ukrainian and international bicycle races and marathons start and finish in the city. For the third year in a row, Irpin hosted the Kyiv Weaving Bicycle Race; participants in the 50-kilometer race finished in Irpin's Central Park. And on the waterfront there are regular children's bike races. All this gives journalists a reason to call Irpin the "bicycle capital of Kyiv region" more and more often.

An important element of the city's sports infrastructure is the Champion Stadium. An artificially covered football field that meets UEFA standards allows for high-level competitions. In particular, the Irpin stadium has already become the main location of the World Cup among Ukrainian diaspora teams three times. Ukrainian rugby championships also take place regularly in this sports arena.

In 2019, the first in Kyiv region and one of the first in Ukraine social and sports schools of the Real Madrid Foundation opened in Irpen, where children play football, basketball, as well as deepen their knowledge of general education

and master foreign languages.

Conditions for physical culture and sports have been created in many parts of Irpen: the stadium of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the football mini-stadium on Veterans of Afghanistan Street, multifunctional sports grounds near all schools in the city, and modern gyms in schools №1, № and №17, suitable for large competitions, and children's and youth sports school, and workout areas in recreational areas, and a chess and checkers club. Plans for the near future include the construction of an ice arena for winter sports.

CITY OF HEALTH

In addition to physical education and sports, on which a healthy lifestyle is based, it is worth mentioning the medical field. Local authorities are investing heavily in its development. In Irpen, the concept of primary medicine, which is close to every inhabitant, is being actively implemented. The other day, the city opened the seventh (largest) outpatient clinic of general practice - family medicine, which will serve up to 18 thousand residents.

Primary medicine in Irpen is growing not only quantitatively but also qualitatively. In particular, the level of service increases. Modern administrators with proper communication skills have appeared at the reception of outpatient clinics instead of the usual post-Soviet registrars. The Irpin Center for Primary Health Care is one of the three leaders in Ukraine and is the undisputed leader in the Kyiv region in terms of the rate of coronavirus vaccination.

Effective control of the epidemic is provided at the secondary level of Irpin medicine. Last year, a state-of-the-art infectious diseases department of the Irpin Central City Hospital was reconstructed and opened in record time. The facility also has its own oxygen supply system. The Minister of Health recently came to get acquainted with the technical novelty.

And the President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine Vitaliy Tsymbalyuk said after his visit to Irpin: “I am very pleasantly surprised by how the city has changed recently - how much it has grown, become modern, and how Irpin medicine has grown. And I am very pleased that a young team has emerged that manages both the city and your medicine, which really cares about the development of the future in this city. "

The main event of this year in the medical field of Irpen and the whole Priirpinnya will be the opening of a new state-of-the-art medical center built in the city center. On its floors there will be an emergency department, gynecology and maternity ward, a children's hospital with resuscitation, an operating room, etc.

Private institutions are also trying to find their place in the market of medical services in Irpen. There are already a number of such medical centers in the city. And in June of this year, a large multifunctional clinic of the Dobrobut network, one of the most powerful medical networks in Ukraine, opened with its own ambulance station.

To be healthy, you need to drink clean water. Today, the second - the largest in the region - water purification and deironing station has been built in Irpen. This makes it possible to provide the city with quality drinking water. The stations use filtration systems that do not involve the use of chemical reagents. At the same time, the city is replacing old water pipes with new, modern ones. Since 2015, 15 new and reconstructed wells for drinking water production have been put into operation in Irpen. And the state of water in the networks is constantly monitored by the laboratory center of Irpinvodokanal.

Another nice bonus for fans of a healthy lifestyle - the closeness of nature. In addition to green park oases throughout the city, it is surrounded on three sides by forests. There are also several lakes in Irpen.

CULTURAL CAPITAL

Irpin has long entered the history of Ukraine as its "literary capital". It is here that almost all the color of Ukrainian literature of the twentieth century lived and created. Some of the writers - such as Mykola Nosov, Maksym Rylsky, Hryhoriy Kochur - lived here permanently, others stayed in the House of Creativity of the Writers' Union of Ukraine for a long time.

Today, everything is being done in Irpen to preserve this heritage and make the city a cultural and artistic center on a national scale. In 2017, a wonderful Writers ’Park was created near the House of Creativity with a thematic complex of wooden sculptures and a stage for literary readings and creative evenings. Bright actions of masters of the word from all over the country and from abroad have already taken place here within the framework of the recently launched festivals "Irpin Book Fest" and "Irpin Parnassus".

The Kochur Fest International Festival of Writers and Translators, named after the Patriarch of Ukrainian Translation, has already been held twice in Irpen. The house where he lived and worked now houses the private Literary Museum of Hryhoriy Kochur.

And in memory of the Irpen writer Mykola Nosov and his literary heroes in the center of Irpen appeared Neznayka Park, which, as mentioned above, became the epicenter of the cultural life of the city.

In the spring of this year, the award ceremony of the first winners of the All-Ukrainian Literary Prize of Irpen, established by the Investment Council of the city to find and support new talents, took place. One of her nominations - children's literature - is also dedicated to Mykola Nosov. This prize, co-sponsored by the Brave Society, is among the top three all-Ukrainian literary prizes in terms of the amount of money paid to the winners, and is the first of all private literary prizes in Ukraine.

Artists' plein airs called "Painted Irpin" launched in 2017 have already become a wonderful tradition. Six such plein airs have already taken place. Artists from different regions of Ukraine and other countries take part in them. The works of plein air members and all artists of the region in general can recently be seen on the Art Alley arranged in the center of Irpen.

A CITY FOR LIVING AND BUSINESS

Irpin is not a residential area of Kyiv, but a city where it is convenient and comfortable to do business. The principal position of the city authorities is to provide a "green road" for entrepreneurs. To date, almost 14,000 of them are registered in Irpen. The rapid development of entrepreneurship and the inflow of investment ensure the constant growth of the local budget. During the era of "New Faces" the budget of Irpen's development increased 55 (!) Times. These funds are invested in the further development of the city, construction of infrastructure, landscaping, etc.

Due to its popularity, Irpin has become a city of young families in which children are born and raised. In the absence of state funding for the construction of educational institutions, the city management team finds opportunities to build them independently. The fifth communal kindergarten in recent years has been built in Irpen, new large buildings of schools №1 and №17 and a whole floor of school №2 have been built, and two lyceums have been opened. At the same time, thanks to the favorable investment climate, many private schools and kindergartens have opened in the city.

The most important condition for a happy and comfortable life is security. The city program "Safe City" has been operating in Irpen for several years. The municipal enterprise "Municipal Guard" works successfully. Its trained staff regularly patrols the city, keeping order in all recreational areas and communal property. The Municipal Guard has modern technical equipment and ensures the operation of the city's video surveillance system, which includes about 300 cameras. Parks and squares, educational institutions, health care facilities and other utilities have emergency communication devices with Munvarta and a rapid response team. The telephone hotline of the security enterprise works round the clock.

In last year's ranking of Ukrainian cities according to Forbes Ukraine magazine, Irpin was among the top three safest settlements in the country. At the same time, he confidently topped the national ranking of migration attractiveness, gaining 100 points out of 100 possible.

… Young, beautiful and comfortable Irpin continues to develop and develop. New residential complexes are hospitably opening their doors. The other day the keys to the dream apartments were received by the investors of the Novator residential complex, built by the Brave Society in just 8 months. The comfort-class building, built in compliance with European quality standards and using high-tech construction methods, was handed over almost a year earlier than planned.

The fame of Irpin is multiplied and passed from mouth to mouth. The city leaves no one indifferent. "With each of my visits, it gets better and better. I'm surprised! I am very glad that there is such an example near Kyiv, "admitted People's Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Horyansky.
